Chef Scott Warner of Bistro Don Giovanni in Saint Helena sent us this simple watercress salad recipe.

"...because it (Sausalito Springs Watercress) is so perfect as it is, crisp, peppery, and refreshing, we use is as a salad garnish with whole roasted petrale sole with lemon caper butter or with steak fries."

"The recipe for the watercress salad is to just toss it with a squeeze of lemon, extra virgin olive oil, salt and freshly cracked pepper."
