 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Upon delivery, refrigerate immediately
For maximum shelf life, keep bags closed at all times
Please store bags flat & turn daily
Optimum storage temperature is 38 degrees
Do not store in open restaurant plastic containers unless covered with a wet towel

The small amount of water in the bag will moisten the watercress, which can not dry out and must remain cold and wet at all times.  If our product is not used in a timely fashion, please rinse the watercress in abundant cold water and replace in the bag.
